Sports Mouth Guards

Using a high-quality medical grade Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) based material, we manufacture pressure formed sports mouth guards, which are ideal for contact and high impact sports. Our sports mouth guards are custom made and provide a secure and comfortable fit, protecting the teeth, gums, and jaw by absorbing impact.

Custom made sports mouth guards are a far superior option to ‘boil and bite’ mouth guards, which provide reduced protection as they are not tailor made for the individual. We can produce sports mouth guards in a wide range of colours and patterns, including flags and logos.

Bleaching Trays

Using a high-quality medical grade Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) based material, we manufacture custom made bleaching trays, suitable for any bleaching system. Our bleaching trays come in a range of thicknesses, with or without reservoirs which hold the bleaching gel to maximise the bleaching process as they allow more bleaching gel to come into the contact with the teeth.

Essix Retainers

We manufacture our Essix retainers using medical grade material that is pressure formed to fit comfortably around the patient’s arch. Our Essix retainers come in a variety of thicknesses, and provide an exceptionally clear finish. An Essix retainer is used following orthodontic treatment to retain the teeth in their corrected position.

Night Guards

Night guards are available from a 2mm to 4mm thickness and are available in a dual laminate or soft finish. Constructed from a tough medical grade Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) based material, they absorb energy and are used to prevent damage to a patient’s teeth during the night where they may be a Bruxist and grind their teeth. They are also used for bite raising and alleviating headaches.
